This simple little card uses the Affectionately Yours Specialty Designer Series Paper (#141632).  I am in love with this paper pack - it's just so happy!  It's also on sale right now for $9.10 USD!

To create the circle and scallop circle, I used the   Layering Circle Framelits Dies (# 141705).  These dies are awesome because they have both the regular circle and a coordinating scallop circle - great for layering!

I popped the circle up with  Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430)- I just can't get enough of these.  I'm pretty sure I use them on every project!

The sentiment for this card came from the Paper Pumpkin Bold Botanicals Kit (#143592).  The kid is awesome, and I've used it to make all the cards that came with it, but I love the fact that even after I'm done I still have a stamp set to add to my collection!  I really like this stamp set too - bonus!

You can click on any of the underlined items if you are interested in learning more, or purchasing them for yourself.  You can also purchase directly by CLICKING HERE.

Please feel free to EMAIL me with any qestions!

One Good Thing On Top Of Another

I'm all about the stamp sets that can be used multiple ways.  I guess that's just me, trying to get the most for my money!  The Sprinkles Of Life Photopolymer Stamp Set (#139971) is another set that can be used multiple ways - it has all the pieces and parts for making trees, but also includes pieces and parts for cupcakes!

I used the paper from the A Little Foxy Designer Series Paper (sorry folks, this appears to be sold out), as well as the A Little Foxy Cardstock (#141638).

For the cupcake, I used the Watercolor Pencils (#141709), and then took a damp q-tip and smudged the pencil to look like watercolor.  You can use a lot of different techniques with the watercolor pencils - including baby oil, or blender pens (These work great, just be gentle with them, as they are very wet, and only require a very light application), or you could even use blending stumps with water.

The items used for this card can be purchased HERE.

Soft Kitty, Warm Kitty...

If you're a fan of The Big Bang Theory tv show, you will completely understand this card!  Sheldon has a song for when he is sick, and often times it's Penny singing Soft Kitty to him.

I used the Foxy Friends Photopolymer Stamp Set (#141549) to create the kitty, and the Fox Builder Punch (#141470) to punch out my images.  These also come together as a set (Foxy Friends Photopolymer Bundle #142326) to save you a little money when buying both.

I used Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430) to make the kitty pop off of the page a little.

Any of these products can be purchased HERE.

Owls and More Owls!

Yet another card with this adorable Stampin Up! Owl Builder Punch (#118074)!  I love that you can punch the owl out of multiple pieces of paper, and create several, completely different, owls!

For this card, I also used the  Affectionately Yours Specialty Designer Series Paper (#141632), which is on sale right now for $9.10!  It's a beautiful paper pack - coordinating papers but lots of variety!  This paper is also retiring, so make sure to get it before it's gone!

Stampin Up! Retiring Products - New Catalog Coming!!

There is quite a long list of items that will be retired.

I've already placed an order for a few things that were on my list!  Sadly, of my most favorite items is on this list: The Owl Builder Punch (Item# 118074).  I love this punch because it makes the most adorable owls, even without a coordinating stamp set!  I actually ordered this with my starter kit, and this is, by far, my favorite punch!!

If you'd like to browse the retiring list, or already know of something that you would like to order, please feel free to visit my website HERE, or contact me via email at  I'm happy to answer any questions you might have!
