More Disney Pages!

As promised, here are a few more of my pages from the album that I made for my In-laws...

Goofy (word & character) & Donald are cut from the Cricut Mickey & Friends cartridge.

Downtown was cut using SCAL and the Walt Disney Script font. The Mickey Ears, heart & Disney were cut using the Mickey & Friends Cricut cartridge.

Mickey Mouse and the hand were cut from the Cricut Mickey & Friends cartridge.

I have been working extremely hard on a Disney album for my in-laws. They gave us the trip to Disney for Christmas this year and I thought that the album would be a wonderful "thank you" gift!

Here are a couple of the pages. I will share more in the next couple of days!

For the Cars page, I cut Mater and the logo from the Cars Cricut Cartridge. The font used on the journaling is Walt Disney Script, which is a free font that you can find if you "Google" search it.

On the Animal Kingdom Page, I used the Cricut Plantain Schoolbook cartridge for the grass. The tree and elephants were cut with SCAL from the actual Animal Kingdom logo. I am not sure which font I used for the "on safari" sorry :(

The album size is 8x8 in case you were wondering :)

Happy Valentines Day!

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to quickly share a few projects that i made for Valentine's Day! The first are for my daughter's classmates at school. I created this card, envelope and treat bag for all of the girls in her class.

For the treat bags I used the Forever Young and Doodletype Cricut Cartridges. I have to tell you that these little bags are SO easy to make!!

The card and envelope are from the Sentimentals Cricut cartridge and the Ariel die cut is from the Dreams Come True cartridge.

Next are the gifts that I made for the teachers at my daughters school.

The card, envelope and owl are all from the Sentimentals Cricut cartridge. I love that owl!!

The candy wrappers are just patterned paper and a scallop circle punch - so easy!!

Happy Birthday Mom!

Hi everyone!

Today is my mom's birthday! She turns 50 this year, although I don't think anyone would guess that as her age :) I think she still looks 35 and I hope that I age even half as well!

So today I wanted to share with you the card and envelope that I made for my mom for her birthday!

I used the Cricut Sentimentals cartridge for both the card and envelope. The numbers are from the Hannah Montana cartridge and the Mom on the front of the envelope is from the Mother's Day cartridge.

I had a lot of fun making this card, and LOVED using my Gypsy so that I didn't have to switch cartridges 3 times!!

The paper is from an SEI stack that I picked up at Michael's for a whopping $4!!

Here I Am!!

It's been awhile since I posted and that's because my family spent two weeks in sunny Florida! We traveled down to visit my in-laws and to take my daughter to Disney World. What a great trip!

So anyway on to the crafting stuff that you are really visiting my blog for ;)

Now that CHA is done, I am curious to know; what was your favorite product released at this show?

Mine HAS to be the new embossing folders from Tim Holtz! I am also loving the new Alterations dies especially the Flowers!!
